Currency getting lost in the map device

If my map device is full and I ctrl click scarabs into it the currency gets completely lost. Happens when the I'm just quickly clicking to fill the scarabs back up but it will let you click even if the stack is full. Really irritating...

Do you have currency in your map stash? If the map device is full, currency goes there.
