CI - Frostblink in Toxic Conduits triggered Suicide

Was helping a friend through the campaign, down-levelling active, and one of the times I frostblinked caused me to lose my 1 life and state that my character committed suicide. Still had full shields and there was nothing attacking me, just died mid-blink. Seems very rare but reporting in case it's part of a bigger issue.

NEVERMIND - AW build with a squirming terror on and didnt have frostblink linked to brutality. Was losing 13 life on hitting a worm... I'll see myself out now :)
