Eagon/memory threads not spawning after converting from HCSSF to SSF

Context:
I started a character on HCSSF and eventually died at lvl 92, before i died on HCSSF i completed the storyline for Eagon. I then continued playing on Softcore SSF. Since then on SSF i haven't found Eagon in my maps, though i am able to get Tier 16,5 maps (aka normal memory maps).
