Raise Spectre is sad

Make so Spectres cannot shotgun.
Add that warcries cannot affect Spectre minions because they are well.. spectres.
Add 300% more dmg to minions as default to the gem.

Or just make a minion gem: "Raise Forge Frostbearer" and remove Spectre gem.
