Desecrate doesn't work in hideout

When I try to use desecrate in my or an other ones hideout, it doesn't work.
I can use it in hostile enviroments like maps or the lab entry.
Other player have no problem to raise spectre in my hideout.

Also I can't raise spectre in other peoples hideout.

Switching sockets for desecrate didn't help either.

Found it, was the skeletton skin character effect.
Sadly I'm no longer a skeleton amongst zombies. Awww
