smuggler's caches not appearing with Alith defense breach mechanics

Includes in-map Alith defense or fortress defense. Ran 50 Dunes maps and only saw them spawn outside of the breach Zone. Only saw two in the last map I ran with all Heist nodes specced on Atlas tree and Heist chosen on Map device. Seems unintentional as other mechanics such as Betrayal can spawn withing Breach zones.
