Memory Tears not appearing after questline

I finished the Eagon questline a week ago and haven't seen a memory tear since. Have tried going back to lower tiers and running uninfluenced maps. Nothing is working.

I had the same issue last league. It seems like nothing has changed in this one — no memory tears after 75+ maps. It was speculated that he's sharing the content slot with other mechanics, so you have to block other extra content. But this isn't confirmed.
