Gianna bug in Heist

After attempting to open a door in Heists with Gianna, she's stuck in the disguised state and won't interact with any other doors. See attached video. After leaving the instance and re-entering, she's now invisible, and seems to be using the same skill over and over (see second video). All is fixed upon starting a new contract.
