Unstable breach and Breach hive in the same instance

In this Mines Level 2 instance act 4 campaign seems to have both the unstable breach encounter and the visuals of the breach hive defense encounter. However the breach hive has no walls just the circle and the different colored terrain. May be visual bug, unstable breach was functioning the breach hive remains.
