Foulborn Anathema missing a mod

Got this in a Hive Fortress chest today.

This one is Foulborn with no Foulborn mod. Instead, it's just missing the "(10-20)% chance to gain a Power Charge when you Cast a Curse Spell" mod entirely.

Can I get a proper non-bugged ring please?

The Foulborn Modifier is "Curse Skills have (-30-30)% reduced Skill Effect Duration"

You likely rolled a 0. Hold Alt.

That explanation makes so much sense. You're most likely right then even though the mod itself just doesn't show up at all. This is what it looks like when I hold alt:

Oh weird. I thought other mods that rolled a 0 didn't show up normally but did if you held alt.
