Map bosses from Destructive Play can still drop blocked scarab types

A map boss spawned by Destructive Play was able to drop a Legion Scarab of Command even though I have Sealed Domain allocated, which should block Legion Scarabs from dropping.

This occurred while fighting a Maven-witnessed Constrictor in t15 Precinct.

At this time I'm not sure if Destructive Play is necessary for this bug or if I just happened to notice it on a Destructive Play boss.

Chittering Champions (25% chance to drop scarab) does not care about atlas block nodes. Same with any scarab reward tiles like Blight or Legion.

Has sadly worked that way since the passive has existed.

Dang, I do have Chittering Champions allocated. :/ Nonetheless, there is no in-game text clarifying this functionality, so I still consider this a text bug, even though it isn't a functionality bug.
