Betrayal Hideout % Not Showing

This has been a bug since the start of the league. The Betrayal screen/overview has always shown what % the hideout is at. This got removed at the start of 3.27. Don't think it was intentional.

It's helpful to see the % when getting intelligence from syndicate members (i.e. from executing or bargaining) to help determine if you want to activate the hideout or not.
