Tender Embrace duration unaffected by Runegraft of the Warp

Potentially a UI text color bug, potentially actually a bug. Duration is too short to stopwatch-check it.

When on low life, Tender Embrace is a buff applied to the player by a Hardening Uulgraft. The buff tile in the top left does not have the blue text indicating a modified decay rate, and does not appear to have its duration modified by speccing Runegraft of the Warp on the passive tree. It also does not have the green border indicating that it is in fact a buff, despite the text on the graft saying so, so it may be due to being misclassifed as something else.

Heart of Flame, a buff applied by a Molten Xophgraft under similar conditions, does show both the blue text and a longer duration, indicating that the interaction should be intended.
