Influenced packs with breach fortresses

In maps with influenced monster packs that spawn after some kills (examples : exarch and eater), if a breach fortress is also present in the map, it prevents influenced monster packs from spawning in the fortress area.
This results in a clear loss of monster pack number and loot.
