ultimatum additional reward not working

As the title says the node "Stand your Ground" and the bribing scarabs dont drop additional rewards upon ultimatum completion. I must clarify, I did complete all waves of many ultimatums and I didn't pay too much attention, but later I started counting and I believe that I never got the additional rewards from the Ultimatums as the reward piles didn't seem that much different. I dont think posting a specific atlas tree matters, but if you want it for investigation ill set it up.

I was typing in a hurry and just realised that my explanation isn't very good. Lets say I did 20 ultimatums all catalysing and inscription with 2 bribings and 1 niko each. I didnt count the rewards for the first 10, but when I started counting from 11 onwards, it seemed like I never got any additional rewards.

"Ultimatum Encounters grant rewards as though you completed 2 additional Rounds"

What that means is rewards that would typically appear at round 6, can now appear at round 4. I don't know all the nuances that it affects, but if stacks of divines appear at round 6, you can essentially make them start appearing at round 1 instead.. giving more chances at stacks of divines instead of the typical round 6-10 only.
