Bug with Blight in regular maps

Already happened two times with me. When doing the Blight mechanic in a regular map, happened that one spawn point was virtually in the same place as something else. In the last case, the core from a Crimson Iron Encounter, and when that happens, no creatures spawn from that specific point, turning impossible to finish the Blight mechanic. I can complete the other spawns, but not the last and Cassia don't provide their chunch of rewards due the unfinishable mechanic.
