MTX setting 'visually disable equipped grafts' not applying in new zones

steps to reproduce

1. enable setting from mtx inventory
2. grafts hidden from character
3. change zones
4. check setting and character again

setting will still be enabled but equipped grafts are now visible again

toggling setting on and off in new zone fixes it but setting should remain on instead of needing toggle
