Delve curse on hit ring missing modifier display (but still have full effect?) with reflective mist

These two rings are created by reflective mist. The 2nd ring I am equipping does not have the mod appear, but the curse on hit functions normally. The flammability lowers enemy fire res, and it works with profane bloom and hexblast.
