Ambush skill gem has no cooldown in "Predictive" networking mode

When in "Predictive" networking mode, Ambush skill gem doesn't have a cooldown. When activated again, it plays animation and sound, but does nothing. Makes it really hard to play with it.

Works as it should in "Lockstep" networking mode.

This bug was already reported a year ago, but nothing has been done about it.
