Warlord Mark Bug - Cannot generate Rage

I played Heavy Strike stunner with Warlord Mark. It cannot generate any rage at all. Please check this.

If you're looking for Rage in the buff bar, that's no longer where you'll find it.

Rage now displays in a bar along the side of the Mana Orb, spanning from the left to the top. It's only visible when you've gained Rage in the current instance.
