Reflect bug?

I've had some physical reflect maps built up on my earthshatter build that I decided to run. So I equipped the physical mastery (60% Phys) and pantheon (50% Phys + ele) yet I was still instantly dying. Even equipped a Sibyl's Lament (80% Phys) on top of the previous 2 and still die instantly. Im pretty sure I have used pantheon + mastery in previous leagues with no issue.

Physical damage is being reflected to you, but you're taking a part of that Physical damage as Elemental damage (Fire from body armour, Lightning from helm, didn't look for anything else).

Because you only have 50% reduced reflected Elemental damage taken, you're still taking reflected damage.
