Can't drop Wombgifts in SC Keepers after RIP from HC Keepers

Lootfilter shows the wombgifts I bought and dropped in map. Also lower tiers of strictness of neversink also show me no natural dropped wombgifts, pretty sure it's a bug with queststate because of HC -> SC transfer. Didn't find any wombgifts in past 20+ maps, running 8mod t16's with 5 scarabs (corrupted maps carto, carto of multitude mostly)


Edit: found first one now, did restart client before that map
