CANNOT REFORGE CHAOS ON A KINETIC WAND (Prefix with chaos tag and no caster)

I'm trying to craft my Kinetic wand and i'm on a step that i have to reforge chaos to get add x to y chaos damage in prefixes. But when i go in harvest bench, i recieve a messaage that there's no valid mod in the wand.

I tested in craft of exile and works fine, and it's supposed to work, because kinetic wand can't roll "caster" mods but the chaos damage have only "attack, chaos and damage" tags. Can GGG fix it ? i want to play my KB str stacking

Hold Alt over the Wand, check its Item Level.

From what I can see, the mod for adding Chaos Damage to attacks only has one tier, with modifier level 83. If the Wand's level is below 83, it cannot roll this modifier.
