New Breach - Boss monster caught in environment, cant be damaged, cant end breach

I was in the docks and started a league breach. It expanded and stabilized. One of the "red dot" bosses spawned in the environmental features. It was inactive and invulnerable. I killed all the other red dot monsters, and the breach never closed. The lesser monsters continued to spawn. Screenshot of location and stats of the problem:
