Trusted Thaumaturgy is bugged. I've turned in 21/20 Flame Link div. card and don't get the completion

That specific card seems to not work. A card set that worked for me was 21/20 Vaal Cold Snap card: A Chilling Wind. Buy that one off Faustus and turn it in, this is how I did my challenge and it should still work, unless a recent patch broke that too which I doubt.
