The Wild Bear oshabi ascendancy suggestion

I think The Wild Bears buff Wild Savagery should only consume rage once the buff wears off and you have maximum rage rather than resetting the duration when you reach maximum rage while you have the buff.

This would make it viable option for builds focusing on stacking maximum rage. The way it's now doesn't make any sense to stack rage and rage gain mechanics to get the buff since you will get more damage by having high amounts of rage rather than having the buff and around 50% of your maximum rage on average.

I also don't think this change would make the ascendancy point too strong since you would have to invest heavily into rage gain, maximum rage and some buff duration to make good use of having the Wild Savagery buff + maximum rage.
