Memory threads not appearing?

Anyone else not getting memory threads since patch c? I was getting them at a pretty consistent rate before, enough to where it's hard to just write it off as bad rng

Same, i've went through about 30 16.5 maps and did not find any. I'm stuck with my Cruel Challenges achievement due to not being able to clear The Remembered

Another thing I've noticed is that I haven't dropped any conq, synth, or shaper/elder maps today. It's almost like the entire top of the atlas tree is doing nothing
