Sold item with Faustus and didn't get money

Like I said. I put twp Split Personality Jewels in shop for 4 divines. Next day when I log in I can see that one sold out, and in sales history I can see that. Still no 4 divines in earnings. I just got robbed.

Same thing happened to me but with currency exchange. I was selling 2 syndicate medallions for 5divs (2.5d each) and only 1 cleared... and it got stucked there with no payment
