Atlas Runner Rescue event bug – Rescue and Ransom greyed out, only Abandon works

During the Atlas Runner kidnapping event, both Rescue and Ransom options were greyed out as soon as the popup appeared. I could only click Abandon, which would force me to lose the entire crew.

No portal spawned, and clicking the grey buttons does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce (What happened):

Opened the Mapping screen with 6/6 runners.

Received the event:
“Bandits have kidnapped your Atlas Runners! They will execute them unless you intervene or pay the ransom.”

The Rescue and Ransom buttons were immediately greyed out.

Only Abandon was clickable.

Tried multiple things to fix it:

Changed loot filter

Relogged

Switched characters

Completed other bosses (Ship boss, etc.)

Switched towns
Nothing changed.

Actual Behavior:

Rescue → greyed out

Ransom → greyed out

Abandon → only available option

No rescue portal appeared

Event is stuck and cannot be completed properly

Did you check all the map devices in Kingsmarch? For whatever reason, since Settlers was added, each Kingsmarch map device has a specific place where the boss portal opens instead of all in the same place.

If the instance has reset, then you may have missed the chance.
