Res tech/Precise Tech Crit dps tool tip problems

If one has either of the keystones that make it so you cannot deal crits, why does my dps tool tip change if i add or remove crit or crit multi nodes?

this should not happen. if i'm not dealing crits, my dps should not move if i add or remove crit/multi passives.

major oversite. please fix
