[Solved] not a bug

As the title states, normally if you use the druggery while being a pathfinder, your life flask applies to allies instead of you, however using sorrow of the divine should make your life flask still apply to energyshield - this also works in path of building and on PC - but on XBOX your lifeflask doesnt apply to energyshield while you have the sorrow of the divine and the druggery belt equipped - if you just have the flask equipped it works perfectly fine, if you then equip the druggery you recover neither energyshield nor life despite the belt stating only life recovery applying to allies.

The life recovery still works on allies, and they can regen energyshield with the sorrow of the divine but the user of the druggery and the sorrow of the divine gets no energyshield regen.

i've tried restarting the game and played around without certain gear pieces but it doesnt change the outcome. I'm also a pathfinder with the "life flask effects are not removed when unreserved life is filled"

We'll see if GGG says anything, but I'm pretty sure this is the intended behavior.

Sorrow says "life recovery from flasks also applies to energy shield".

Druggery says "life recovery from flasks is applied to nearby allies instead of you".

So, when you have Druggery, there is no life recovery *on you* to apply to Energy Shield.

Another way to look at this is that if you had "100% less life recovery from flasks" as a debuff, Sorrow would not allow you to recover any ES, because there's no life recovery.

It's possible I'm wrong, this game is *super* complicated, and has all sorts of exceptions, but this is the behavior I would expect.

Side note: Something working in PoB is not a sign of a bug in the game. Even more so when that text is red. The "life recovery applies to allies instead of you" on The Druggery is red text in PoB. This means that text currently doesn't work. So whether it should or not, PoB won't show it as doing anything.

If you have a current version of PoB, it even has the parenthetical text "not supported in PoB yet" next to any red text on a unique item or tree node.

When you say it works on PC, did you personally test it? If so, I suppose it's pretty clear that one or the other is bugged (only a question of which), if you didn't personally test it, it may be old info that no longer applies.

I just contacted people that do groupplay on pc to get clarification on this and i basically got baited by pob. The way you described it is the correct interaction and the flask isnt supposed to give you the regen, i will edit the post.
