Originator's Memory of Reverence - The operation could not be completed

Whenever I try to start the Originator's Memory of Reverence from Eagon I get the error message "The operation could not be completed". I rolled the map with an alch and vaal orb. Tried with nothing selected on map device, and all other options selected on map device. Nothing makes it work.
