Ingame Models not load for couple of minutes

I started boss fight, tried to fight him for about 5-10 seconds and dies with no visual effect. Just died. Its VERY frustrating, when you're Hardcore-viable player, but game client is not.

Graphic card - RTX 2060 with 6GB on board, 32 GM RAM
How is that not enough on BALANCED settings?!
