Expanding breach map encounter

problem: After filling up the bar to stabilise it, you have to backtrack to the original spot to finish the encounter.
solution: After filling up the bar, the rare mobs or the boss spawn at your location. After defeating them, the breach closes and rewards drop at your location as usual.
