The Grey Wind Howls + The Arkhon's Tools(Ailments do not properly reapply after removed)

Setup:

Skill: Grey Wind Howls (granted by XOPHGRAFT)

Item: The Arkhon’s Tools belt

Mod: “Summoned Skitterbots’ Auras affect you as well as enemies.”

Expected Behavior:


When Grey Wind Howls consumes three ailments from Skitterbot’s aura,
those ailments should reapply to my character on the next aura tick, just like they do normally.



Actual Behavior (on the player/character):

After Grey Wind Howls consumes the three ailments from Skitterbot’s aura:

The ailments do not reapply to my character immediately.
There is a noticeable delay where my character has no Skitterbot aura ailments.

When they do reapply, sometimes only 1 or 2 ailments appear on my character instead of all 3.

Ailment uptime on my character is inconsistent after consumption.

Most importantly: ailments will NEVER reapply if my character is not moving.

If I stand still, my character stays with 0 ailments permanently after consumption.

Working as intended for anything related to ailment auras. The same happens if you try to do Lightning Conduit or Frostblink of Wintry Blast with Skitterbots where the first hit "consumes" the ailment aura for that enemy, and then you have to move the aura in and out of the enemy's range to re-apply the aura to get a new set of ailments.

Only in this case, you are the enemy thanks to the belt so either you or the skitterbots have to move in and out of range to re-apply the ailments. Works great for me with shield charge ignite to just charge in and out, but your results may vary depending on your build.
