Hello i am using the ascendancy node precursor's release with no sockets in the chest and boots. The chest portion of the mechanic works as intended but the boots portion of the node (regarding action speed modification) seems not to work preventing my action speed dropping below base value.
It its hard to test change in action speed but from mechanics such as hinder and other slows on me i can see up to -80% movespeed on my tooltip and in the few scenarios where i get entangled or entrapped by a mob it does look like i have a brief window where the character cant move. This won't prevent debuffs that reduce movement speed (such as Hinder). It only affects action speed debuffs.
