Bug wherein bloodline ascendancy Tul of the blizzard with mines is not working

I have tested the damage using a unique and rare cryonic rings, and normal bow with skill high impact and bow skill ice shot. also added in runegraft treachery and purity of ice. conclusion, your hit ignore enemy cold resistance is not working. Maybe also im just bad at testing but can somebody also check this.

I also tested it and I can confirm, it does not work.
Not only have I been running it for few days now, I can compare with the feeling from 3.26 when I used Doryani on merc with lightning conversion.
