Different Summon Reaper gems - Cannot use Ultimate Slash (Over 2 years still no fix)

This is a bug that has been reported many times before as early as almost 2 years ago (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3462106, https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3453338, https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3469953, https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3551487 and many others). And still hasn't been fixed, I know it's a niche skill but still it's something some of us enjoy.

Anyways, what is happening is that when you Summon Reaper of Revenants alongside the normal Reaper or Evisceration Reaper then you cannot press the button again to use the Ultimate Slash of the big Reaper anymore, instead it just keeps resummoning the big Reaper. Would be good if you guys could fix this or just decouple the Ultimate Slash and make it two different buttons, one to summon and another to slash.
