Fractured items show the wrong mod info in market panel

The mods on fractured items have their name and prefix/suffix status in the wrong order when one of the mods is fractured. This does not happen on the trade website, only in the in-game market panel.

Example: Searching for a rare rapier with a fractured attack speed mod returns a bunch of results where the attack speed is shown as the wrong prefix (in this case, "Incinerating").


For this item, the mods read as:
