Problem in the city of Kingsmarch on the map device – game returns to the menu

I'm problem in Path of Exile related to the city of Kingsmarch.
While using one of my Map Devices, with complete maps (which shows as 1% complete), the game displays an error: whenever I try to check the loot, the game automatically returns to the main menu, even before the character selection screen. This makes it impossible to use the Map Device.
