Incompatible UI options

The "Hide Life/Mana Reservation" option does not hide reserved portion when using "Show Mini Life Bars Above You"

It would be much better if those two options were compatible with each other

Edit: While you're workin on it please add option to display life only, I do not need to see my mana bar above my head, and a third imrovement could be a bar size scaling option that goes up to 200% or something, i would personally like to make it probably 120% of it's current size

One last thing, would it be possible to add the life recoup visuals on the above-head bar please?
