Faustus: I Want/Have (opens 10 menus typing name of thing I want)

This obviously is just something we have not brought up or gotten enough UX eyes on it. Everyone does it, don't act like you don't.

Why is the search box not active when we open the I want/I have windows in Faustus?

We (me and countless people in public globals) intuitively begin typing to filter the 100+ tradeables in the exchange to find what we want. Nobody is using the tabs on the side unless they have to, or don't know the name of the thing they want (cough cough catalysts), so why would the search bar not be active upon opening these windows?

If the real reason is so it can "tell you" its a search box, make it an option to have it be active all the time which we can opt into. I've partially gotten in the habit of using CTRL+F to activate it, but 80% of the time I just start typing, opening countless menus and exiting the exchange. Because it is not an intuitive flow.

There are only 3 user flows and mixtures of these 3, but if you use one you're likely to use it for everything.

1.Have items in bag and drag to fill I want/I have (currency conversion)
2.Click I want/have and filter to have the desired exchange (restocking)
3.Click I want/have and use the tabs to find what you want (one-off purchases)
