Graft skills toggle off "always attack without moving" on every area transition

As in the topic, every time i move through the portal on the map, or to monastery , graft skills turn off "attack without moving" and its insanely annoying. Doesn't happen with gem skills, but happens 100% consistenly with any usable graft skills socketed.
