Originator's memory of reverence cannot open

Everytime i attempt to open my current Eagon memory map i get "The operation could not be completed" i am effectively locked out of Eagon memories and therefore "The Remembered" maven invitation.

I have tried every thing i can think of to make it work, rare, white, with scarabs, no scarabs, map craft, quant craft, fortune favors, fragments and nothing works, please let me complete my maven invitation.........

Edit: I was able to get in by unselecting Maven from the device
