CONSTANT CRASHING IN THE UBER LAB (NEED MY 4TH ASCENDENCY POINT PLEASEEEEE!!!!!!!)

I'm still having a problem on almost all maps, AND UNFORTUNATELY in the UBER LAB ... IN GENERAL where when going through a portal or loading a new area, the instance doesn't load and appears the message "Error connecting to instance" appears, and of course i loss all my progress.

And to this day... I still haven't been able to access my last ascendency point, since while I'm at the Uber Lab, I get a total disconnection.
This generally occurs when moving from one instance or "room" to another during the lab,which causes the game to disconnect..
Please help me earn my last ascendancy point and fix the problem.
It's incredibly frustrating not being able to finish the lab due to constant crashes!
