Tree Unique Bug

Just used two ilvl 83 unique oriented wombgifts and it consumed both the graftblood and the wombgift and dropped nothing. I turned off loot filter to check and nothing as if nothing dropped from the womb. I am unsure of what the cause is because it makes the animation of the womb dropping something. Just here to report it happened. It was right after i used the Equipment wombgift which did work. I havent tried anything else since.

Edit: Tried the currency wombgift and it worked. Still unable to figure out what went wrong... Will try to get more unique wombgifts and see if it is still bugging.

Edit 2: It seems to have fixed itself...maybe i went too quickly with activating them back to back might hhave caused it.
