Make all T0 uniques chase items

Currently 1/3 of the T0 uniques are what I would consider 'chase' https://poeladder.com/uniques?isPoe2=false&ladderIdentifier=Keepers_of_the_Flame&status=active&grouping=t0

The problem with this is that whenever a T0 drops it should be exciting and a powerful boon in power or currency.
Currently a good amount of these uniques are under-used, cheap or dust fodder. Their worth in dust should never be the sole reason of their price.

There are also plenty of builds that don't have space or it's inconvenient to include uniques like mageblood, headhunter or kalandra's touch. I would love for there to be chase uniques for 'almost' all builds.
Poison, bleed or ignite? go for these gloves.
Chill, shock, freeze? Try these boots.
Projectiles? this quiver, Phys hits? this helmet.

I want more options for big-ticket items for builds that's a little more specific than you get your flasks 100% or you get monster buffs now.
I want there to be at least one big unique to aim for no matter what build I play.

I ask this with sincerity: why?

Who says this? Why does it have to be?

At ALL TIERS in ALL ASPECTS of this game, there are way better options than others. Why should t0 be any different?


Consider awakened gems. Consider things like Sacred Orbs, or certain tainted currencies. Consider even the "lowest" tier uniques and some incredible standouts among them. Consider jewelry in general. Etc.

There's also the fact that "t0" doesn't actually mean a "same-ness" in drop rate or appearance rate. Some t0s are way more common than others, both by design and also by nature of how uniques are rolled and dropped.
