Betrayal Bug - Intelligence Loss

When you hit 100% intelligence in a safehouse in a map, it will say that the members retreated to there safehouse, but then it will reduce the intelligence for that safehouse to previous amount, and you are back where you started.

I've noticed this before in a few maps but it was fairly sporadic so I wasn't 100% sure. However, I've been farming intervention, and for 2 maps in a row, I procced the intervention event, executed Haku, procced the safehouse, yet by the time the next event happens, the intelligence has dropped back to 90 or so.

Most likely not a "bug", but if they retreat and then they appear on another safehouse encounter before you do the safehouse it will rollback the xp as they come out from the safehouse to that encounter.

That is most likely the case when your board looks like that 😬
