Threads of the Originator Questline bug

As title states I am stuck on Threads of the originator questline. When league started and I was progressing atlas I didnt do memory questline because it is lame and boring so I ignored it for the most part. I might have done one thread to first boss fight but thats it. I know I did at least one memory map from Eagon after unlocking but definitely didnt progress the questline past killing one memory boss. My strategy was mostly delving and doing atlas completion on the side.

Once I completed atlas I did maven boss invites for feared and bought the frags for Moment of Reverence fight without progressing the questline and completed it. Once fight completed it said to "witness zana/eagon" which i know from completing the questline correctly last league means they do their little cutscene at the back of the boss room but that didnt happen in my instance presumably due to not progressing eagon questline in correct order. Even leaving map and reentering after kill had no effect. After leaving the boss fight I still have the quest "Speak to eagon to travel to the memory tear" and have been on that quest state since completing the boss fight. Any time I go to him and try to enter memory tear I get an error "You do not have the required quest state to access this area".

I got exactly the same problem!

as i side note , i finish the quest half way in 3.26 standard, now it is bugged with the new atlas.
