POE game window focus issue with latest patch

steps
- open 2 copies of POE on windows 10, game is in window mode - try to switch focus by clicking between them - focus stays on one most of the time. you can get focus if you spam click the other window, but not if you click just once or slowly. I have the same issue, but with only 1 client. Happens when you're playing another game and want to Alt Tab to PoE - doesn't work. You have to spam LMB for it to focus
